Jackson County Fair Announces Reserved Concert Ticket Opportunity
CENTRAL POINT, OREGON — The Jackson County Fairgrounds & Expo Park is offering "Reserved Golden Circle" tickets for headline concerts at the 2010 Jackson County Fair, presented by Sherm's July 20-25. The tickets, which are good for seating in the Lithia Motors Amphitheater reserved section, are available for $10 plus $9 entry into the fair; all lawn seating is free for concerts.
Originally, all seating was announced as free at this year's fair on a first come, first served basis. Fair officials received calls from the public who didn't want to have to wait in line for a seat, so the decision was made to offer Reserved Golden Circle tickets at an affordable price.
"Our goal is for everyone to enjoy their experience at the Jackson County Fair. We're pleased to offer free concerts for people who want to enjoy lawn seating, as well as an inexpensive option for seating in the reserved section," said Bob Smith, Jackson County Fair Board President. "It's the best solution for everyone to enjoy a great concert in the comforts of the amphitheater."
Reserved Golden Circle concert tickets are available by calling 541-774-8270 or by visiting the Fairgrounds ticket box office at 1 Peninger Road, Central Point. The box office is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (closed July 3-5). Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Performing this year on the Lithia Motors Amphitheater headline stage are:
Little Big Town on Tuesday, July 20
The Beach Boys on Wednesday, July 21
Wynonna on Thursday, July 22
Boys Like Girls on Friday, July 23
Loverboy on Saturday, July 24.
